Tuesdays at the Pockies headquarters are pancake-mix day. Every employee is forced to dress up as pancake mix and yell “Pancake Mix is my friend” during the day to establish tribal relationships. We lost quite some good people along the way, but the ones left at least know how to Pancake mix the f**k out of Tuesday.
